Pesticide Safety Trainings, Exams, and Recertification Class

Training & Exams are FREE. You must PRE-REGISTER by emailing (Amy.Dreves@uvi.edu) or calling (340-692-4052, leave a message). Only limited space is available in a classroom due to the COVID protocol. You must PRE-REGISTER. You MUST wear a MASK to CLASS.

St. Croix Albert A. Sheen Campus Room NWW102-103; LIVE, In-PERSON
St. Thomas Orville E. Kean Campus Room SFC 225; VIDEO Conferencing
Start time: 8:30am, please come on time. All-day training, bring your lunch.

1.         Feb 26 – Recertification for Renewing expired/expiring Applicators License
2.         Mar 3 – Integrated Pest Management (1/2 day training)
3.         Mar 8 – Pesticide Safety CORE
4.         Mar 17 – Public Health

6.         March 26 – Ornamental and Turf

AgDiscovery Summer Enrichment Program Application Availability 

It’s that time of the year again! The UVI AgDiscovery 2021 Summer Program applications are available and accepted until March 25, 2021. The program offers exposure to career choices and diverse opportunities in agriculture sciences. This dynamic program, held annually at UVI on the Albert A. Sheen Campus, will be conducted virtually from July 18 - 31, 2021. Students in grades 7 - 12 are eligible to apply.
